What Are You REALLY Missing Out On?

Good morning to my Bodyshaping Community!

Busy Friday morning already and it’s only 9am! We had a full metabolic session at 6am which was awesome, then another almost full metabolic session at 7am and a couple personal coaching clients at 8am. Love to see so many people getting up early on a Friday and “getting metabolic!”

It’s been a busy week over at BodyshapingBlueprint.com also. A couple new articles and the “re-boot” of Bodyshaping Blueprint TV.

So in case you missed anything, here’s what’s been going on this week:

The Life Worth Living Project

On Monday I announced my “Life Worth Living” Project, which is basically my ultimate “to do” list for life adventures, experiences, goals and things I just think would be really cool to be able to do.  I highly recommend everyone have a list like this and take steps towards accomplishing the things on the list, whatever they may be.

Who’s Ripping Your Legs Off?

The official “re-boot” and first episode of Season 2 of Bodyshaping Blueprint TV kicked off talking about the “crab theory” I first heard from my coach and mentor, Rachel Cosgrove.  A critical concept to success whether your goal is to lose 100 lbs or build a million dollar business :)

What’s Your Core Really Good For?

The second episode of Season 2 of Bodyshaping Blueprint TV was a big hit talking about core training and how to truly unleash those six pack abs on the world. Let’s put the “do-crunches-till-you-die-to-get-abs” training philosophy to rest once and for all.  Forward this one to anyone who ever says to you “I need to tighten up my stomach… I need to start doing more crunches”.

The 39th Lesson - non BSBP article

I read a lot of articles and blogs, mostly related to business, fitness, nutrition and mindset.  This article is from a blog I just started reading because someone recommended it to me and the articles are usually pretty good.  This one is about the “Feeling Of Missing Out” we get when we sacrifice doing something to do something else more important to you.  Perhaps you get this feeling when you say “no” to going out with your friends in order to take steps towards your Life Worth Living list for instance :)  It’s a great article and really makes you think about things differently.
